DirectRoute utilizes web services to conduct license validation, facilitate map display, and other background data transfers. To ensure seamless functionality, DirectRoute requires an active internet connection.
DRTrack utilizes web services for data transfer between ERP/WMS/OMS systems for seamless order importing with no user interaction and near real-time data exchange.
Trimble Maps Web Services are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), and their IP ranges are not in our control. Because of this, we do not recommend allowing specific IP addresses but instead allowing URLs in your corporate firewall. Allowing the URLs outlined in the table below will allow all traffic from our maps and web services to pass through unimpeded.
