Create a User Sync Task

  1. Create the User Sync Task by navigating to: (domain)/Pages/User/ManageScheduleTasks.aspx.
    1. Example: http://charles.appianlogistics.com/Pages/User/ManageScheduleTasks.aspx
    2. If the LDAP Sync Task does not already appear in the module list, click the Add New Task button.

 

 

  1. Select LDAP Sync Task from the list
  2. Choose the interval at which to run the sync (recommend 5-minute intervals)
  3. Click the Create Scheduled Task button
  4. Open the web.config file and locate appsetting.  
    1. Update UseSSO to TRUE, then log in through the Okta portal or manually run the new task to sync Users from the LDAP Server.

 

User Sync Task setup is now complete.
