You can print routes from the Resource Calendar page. This is useful if your drivers wish to have a hard copy or if they regularly pass through areas with limited cellular service. To print them, click the Drivers tab on the Gantt chart, then right-click a route and click Print > Route Manifest or Print > Route Map from the context menu.
Print Route Manifest
The Print Route Manifest window gives you several options to choose from when printing manifests. You can print either as HTML or CSV. It prints a line-by-line list of stops the route takes in order. The dispatcher can select a different manifest type to print from the dropdown. Checking Print with map includes a map of the route on the last page.
Selecting the CSV option lets you save the manifest as a comma-separated values file. This can be used primarily as a backup method (aka a paper copy), opened in your favorite spreadsheet application, or distributed to drivers.
Manifest types:
Stop
Order
Line Item
To add additional fields to the printed manifests, select an item from each of the column field dropdowns shown above. You can add up to two additional columns for each field.
NOTE: Order and route violations will display on the route manifest unless a violation is set to Not Important in the Prescriptive Intelligence section.
You can add additional columns to the manifest by selecting from the following dropdown menus. You can select up to two additional columns for each field.
Print Route Map
To print a map of the route, click Menu > Print > Route Map. Daily Planner will load the route map in a new tab and then open the print dialog automatically:
Pick your print settings, then click Print to print the map.
