Master Routes can be modified from various points in DRTrack:

  • The Route Board (Dispatch > Route Board)
  • Account Management (Admin > Customers > Accounts)
  • Order Management (Customer Service > Order Management)


Editing from the Route Board

  1. Open the Route Board tab on the right-side of the screen, then click the Master Routes radio button.
  2. Check the box in front of the Master Route you wish to edit, then from the More Actions dropdown, select the action you wish to perform (Optimize, Invert, Unload Stops, or Rename Route).


Editing from Account Management

  1. From the Account Management table, click the Account ID for the route in question. This opens the Account Management Detail page.
  2. Change the details you wish to update. These include items such as:
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. FixedTime
    4. Delivery Time Windows
  3. When you are done, click Save. To return to the Accounts Management table without saving your changes, click the Account Management breadcrumb at the top of the screen.


Editing from Order Management

  1. From the Order Management table, click the OrderID for the order you wish to edit. This opens the Order Details window.
  2. Change the details you wish to update. These include items such as:
    1. Time Speed Adjustments
    2. Delivery Time Windows
    3. Qty Fields
    4. Delivery notes
  3. When you are done, click Save All. To close the window without saving changes, click Close.
