On the Same Day:

  1. Go to Dispatch > Route Board.
  2. Click the branch, then click Master Route.
  3. Select the Day Code, the route involved, and the stop sequence of the shipment.
  4. Select View Alternates OR Unload Stop to process manually.


On a Different Day (Method A):

  1. Go to Dispatch > Route Board.
  2. Select the branch, then select Master Route.
  3. Select the Day Code and the route involved.
  4. Expand the shipment and click the OrderID > AccountID.
  5. Change the delivery day pattern in the Delivery Time Window, then save and close.
  6. Change Est Del Date to a new date (stay within the same week, Sunday to Saturday).
  7. Change the Delivery Day Pattern to a new day, then save and close.
  8. Select the stop sequence of the shipment.
  9. Select View Alternates OR Unload Stop to process manually.

On a Different Day (Method B) or on Multiple Different Days:

  1. Go to Account Management.
  2. Select the branch and Account ID.
  3. Click the Account ID hyperlink and modify the required fields (Delivery Days and Frequency).
  4. Save the changes then return to the Account Management main screen.
  5. Select the radial box of the account.
  6. Select Schedule Service and specify Master Route Profile to be adjusted from the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Go to Suggested Days.
  8. Click Select to Delete existing services for this account.
  9. Complete the Schedule Service Wizard process.
