DRTrack 24.3 should now be available to all customers.


New Features

  • Added new requirements for Trimble Smart Workflow:
  • Assets must be created and assigned in DRTrack before exporting to Trimble Smart Workflow to successfully Export.
  • Driver and Asset must be assigned.
  • If AssetIDs are defined in the truck master they will be used when creating routes and will be preassigned.
  • If no AssetID is defined in the Truck Master, a manual selection of Asset must be done before exporting for success.
  • Added the ability to delete assets through the Asset Manager.


Enhancements

  • Added an indicator for Route export failure to the Routes page and Route Calendar:

  • Removed the Branch dropdown from Non-branch-specific tasks in the Task Manager.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where multiple orders were being deleted after being loaded onto a route using the route calendar.
  • Fixed an issue where time zone and daylight savings changes in Arizona were not updating correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where scheduled tasks were not running as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where updating the daycode in the truck master did not update correctly for the route. The Master route would still show under the original Daycode, not the newly updated Daycode
  • Fixed an issue where search cards were displaying volume information incorrectly. This was caused by an improper rounding of decimal places.
  • Fixed an issue where the order import service would occasionally fail. Added logging to note the order where failure occurs. Also added functionality to continue processing orders after the failure.
  • Fixed an issue where orders would occasionally appear as duplicates in the DRTrack UI.
  • Fixed an issue where actuals would be missing when using the Samsara integration.
  • Fixed an issue where the Unloaded Orders page would occasionally time out. 
  • Fixed an issue where TWCodes were occasionally displaying incorrectly.
  • Fixed an issue where the order import service’s import configuration utility wouldn’t work after installation.
  • Fixed an issue where document links from Samsara were not properly syncing and being displayed.
