Manage your Branches, Assets, and Trucks from a single page
A new Organization & Management landing page simplifies the process of setting up and maintaining your organization's location and asset information. To open it, select the building icon on the left side of the page.
By following links on this new page, you can add, edit, and delete:
- Branches, which identify your organization's geographic locations. Previously, this information was managed in DRTrack and synced with Daily Planner.
- Assets, which identify your organization's vehicles. This information was also previously managed in DRTrack and synced with Daily Planner.
- Trucks, which are collections of settings that govern how the algorithm generates a route. Trucks are grouped together with Truck Profiles. Truck management has been available in Daily Planner.
Changes made by one user to Branches, Assets, or Trucks are now reflected in real-time for other users. If a branch is deleted while another user is viewing it, the user receives a notification, and the page updates automatically. See the permissions required in DRTrack to view and edit branches.
Enhancements
View breaks and layovers in Route Manifest printouts
Breaks and layovers on a route are now displayed when you print the Route Manifest using the HTML output option. To print a manifest:
- Select the Drivers tab on the Gantt chart.
- Right-click a route and select Print > Route Manifest.
Real-time updates to driver and assets
Updates to drivers and assets in DRTrack are now reflected in Daily Planner without requiring a manual refresh.
Ensure safe, legal and efficient routing with a Vehicle Profile
A Vehicle Profile, which is a collection of settings that ensure safe, legal, and efficient routing based on the type of vehicle, is now a required field when you create a Truck. In the Create Truck dialog, select a profile from the drop-down list. Learn more about the available profiles in each region of the world.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issues with the route audit log where the driver preassignment ID was displayed incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue where the Fixed Time Card/Grid was showing the Account Value instead of Order Value.
- Fixed an issue where CTRL + Click to move stops between two pinned routes on the map was not working as intended.
- Fixed an issue where the city name was not properly displayed on the stop card.
- Fixed missing tooltips in several areas.
- Fixed an issue where overnight actuals would cause the Visibility Dashboard to render blank on the right side of the Gantt chart.
- Fixed an issue where the end terminal icon was displayed on the Visibility Dashboard for one-way routes.
- Fixed an Issue with the card view not updating correctly when dealing with unloaded orders on the fixed route tab.
- Fixed an issue where, when two routes were pinned, clicking on a stop and then CTRL-clicking on the other route line did not move the stop to the other route as expected.
- Fixed an error that occurred when selecting Apply Fixed Sequence after building a route.
- Fixed an issue with not being able to create new routes when the lock routes function is applied.
- Fixed an issue where the distance between the last stop on a route and the terminal would sometimes show as zero instead of the correct distance on the Route Manifest.
- Fixed an issue where the Trim Expected Order action would trigger an exception warning instead of trimming the selected orders as expected.
