Appian’s Enterprise apps (DRTrack, Daily Planner, and Resource Calendar) are integrated with the Trimble Smart Workflow app. They are designed to give dispatchers an easy way in their daily workflow to create, manage, and dispatch routes to drivers. The Export to Trimble Smart Workflow functionality is built directly into the dispatch boards of each app for ease of use.

Getting Started with Trimble Smart Workflow

  1. Download the Trimble Smartdelivery app from the Google Play Store.

  2. Grant the app all required permissions (run in background, GPS/location, etc.).

  3. Tap Authenticate, and then sign in with your Trimble ID.

Enabling Smart Workflow in DRTrack

From your DRTrack site, navigate to Admin > Site > Settings & Configuration and check the box for TrimbleSmartWf in the Value column:

NOTE: You cannot enable this option without purchasing a license for Trimble Smart Workflow.
