Modification of finalized routes is based on how the AllowModifyFinalizedOrder and OnFinalizeActions INI settings are configured. Finalizing a route doesn’t prevent you from making changes unless the optional ApplyFinalizeLock setting is enabled. When this option is disabled, finalization acts more as a “stamp of approval” from the dispatcher. You can still make changes to your route if you choose to do so. If you make a change, you will need to finalize the route again.
