Organization & Management is a landing page with links to the pages needed to set up your organization’s Branches, Dispatch Groups, Assets, and Trucks in Resource Calendar. Open the page by selecting the building icon in the left sidebar.

Settings reached via the Organization and Management page include:

  • Branches, which identify your organization's geographic locations. Previously this information was managed in DRTrack and synced with Resource Calendar.
  • Dispatch Groups, which are collections of drivers and assets within the branch. This new feature creates sub-groups that essentially act as local branches/terminals. That way, you can limit the information you see on the calendar, route board, and route page to only the assets and drivers that are assigned to a particular local terminal.
  • Assets, which identify your organization's vehicles. Previously this information was maintained in DRTrack and synced with Resource Calendar. 
  • Trucks, which are collections of settings that govern how the algorithm generates a safe, efficient, and legal route. Trucks are grouped together with Truck Profiles. Truck management has been available in Resource Calendar.
